Pea Planting Begins on Schedule
Pea planting began right on schedule this year, with our first fields going in on March 7. At this time, peas remain the only crop planted. Early progress has been promising, although recent stretches of wet, cool weather have caused some delays in later fields. Should these conditions persist, we may see a modest shift
Upcoming Crops: Corn, Carrots & Peppers
Looking ahead, corn and carrots are scheduled for planting in April. We are also pleased to announce a new addition to our crop lineup this season — green, red, and yellow peppers, which will be processed at our Ellensburg facility. This expansion reflects a strategic effort to diversify our offerings and respond to growing demand for vibrant, versatile vegetables.
