We recently partnered with Shingijutsu to launch our first Kaizen project, kicking off an exciting transformation. In our initial Kaizen week, three focused teams drove hands-on, high-energy change, helping reshape how we think, lead and grow. We are now building dedicated continuous improvement functions at all three of our facilities to carry this momentum forward.
