Washington
The Pasco sweet corn harvest is currently 35% complete. Yields dipped slightly for just under a week but have since rebounded, now tracking above average with the help of consistent warm weather. Harvest in Ellensburg is nearing completion, with 90% acreage now finished. In the North Basin, yields have softened slightly but continue to track close to average.
Michigan
We have completed the harvest and processing of this season’s organic green beans. Despite above-average heat and drought conditions, the growers maintained daily irrigation and executed exceptional weed control, resulting in one of the cleanest and highest yielding organic crops we’ve ever received.
