Washington
Corn harvest is approximately 55% complete. Quality has been excellent, although cooler weather and smoke from last month have slowed crop maturity and created mixed maturity in some fields. These conditions have required our field and plant teams to remain flexible as they work to find the right balance between crop readiness and processing.
Michigan
Conventional green bean harvest is underway in Southwest Michigan, with excellent results so far. Despite above average temperatures, high humidity and several days of thunderstorms, our Lake Odessa team kept pace with harvest operations. The forecast ahead looks favorable, and we expect strong quality to continue through the coming week.
